How to Register for a Training Programme

  1. Go to the specific web-page of the training programme / capacity building programme in the A-CUPCB-SPAV web-portal.
  2. Click on the "Register for the Training" button.
  3. Fill the registration form completely as per the provided instructions.
  4. Upload the Fee Paid Receipt, which you receive after completing the Fee Payment at SBI Collect.
  5. Submit the form securely.
  6. Take a screenshot after successfully completing the form submission for your records.

Registration Fees

Executive Development Programme (EDP)
With Accommodation		 Up to 4 days ₹ 999 Accommodation, 03 meals/day (up to 4 days), training kit, reading material, and certification (subject to attendance and clearance in Assignment).
Executive Development Programme (EDP)
Without Accommodation		 Up to 4 days ₹ 799 Certificates, Lunches, Reading Material and Training kit (offline participants only), subject to attendance and clearance in Assignment.
Capacity Building Programme (CBP)
With Accommodation		 5-7 days ₹ 1499 Accommodation, 03 meals/day (up to 7 days), training kit, reading material, and certification (subject to attendance and clearance in Assignment).
Capacity Building Programme (CBP)
Without Accommodation		 5-7 days ₹ 999 Certificates, Lunches, Reading Material and Training kit (offline participants only), subject to attendance and clearance in Assignment.
*Subject to revision from time to time. Some training programmes are offered as hybrid for which applicants are to pay the fee without Accommodation and will be entitled to only receive the participation certificate (subject to attendance and clearance in Assignment). However, applicants should get in touch with training faculty to ensure if the program is hybrid or not.

How to Pay the Registration Fees

  1. Go to www.spav.ac.in or directly to the SBI Collect Page.
  2. Click on the "Educational Institutions" button.
  3. Search for Institution - "School of Planning and Architecture Vijayawada".
  4. Click on the official link for SPA Vijayawada.
  5. In the drop-down menu for "Payment Category", select the appropriate option based on your registration:
    • A-CUPCB-SPAV-EDP (Reg) - ₹ 999
      (Refers to registration of EDP with accommodation)
    • A-CUPCB-SPAV-EDP (Part) - ₹ 799
      (Refers to registration of EDP without accommodation)
    • A-CUPCB-SPAV-CBP (Reg) - ₹ 1499
      (Refers to registration of CBP with accommodation)
    • A-CUPCB-SPAV-CBP (Part) - ₹ 999
      (Refers to registration of CBP without accommodation)
  6. Fill in your personal details, agree to the terms, enter the captcha, and proceed for payment.
